By accessing or using this platform, whether as an Event Owner, Guest, or Visitor, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer.

1. General Use

OnAlbum provides digital invitation pages and temporary online event galleries for sharing photographs and event-related content. The Service is intended for personal and lawful use only.

2. Temporary Storage

Photos and event data are stored only for the duration of the selected event plan. Once an event or invitation expires, associated content may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.

Event Owners are responsible for monitoring expiration dates and downloading any content they wish to keep before expiration. The Service should not be used as permanent cloud storage or backup.

3. Guest Access

Guests who receive a valid event link or QR code may view photos shared within that event. Event links and QR codes should be treated as private. Anyone with access may be able to view event content.

The Service Provider is not responsible for unauthorized sharing of links or QR codes by users or guests.

4. Screenshots and Copies

Even where download options are restricted, no online platform can fully prevent screenshots, screen recordings, photographs of a display, or other manual copies of content.

By uploading or sharing content through the Service, Event Owners and Guests acknowledge this limitation and agree that the Service Provider cannot prevent or be held responsible for such copies.

5. User Content

All uploaded photographs, videos, text, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

The Service Provider does not claim ownership of user content and is not responsible for verifying ownership, authenticity, legality, or accuracy of uploaded materials.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share content.

6. Privacy and Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Users should exercise caution when sharing event links, QR codes, and personal information.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party services, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for:

• Loss of photographs or uploaded content.
• Expired or deleted events.
• Missed downloads before expiration.
• Unauthorized access resulting from shared links or QR codes.
• Screenshots, screen recordings, or copied content created by guests.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Marketing Imagery

Example photos shown on marketing and landing pages (such as sample gallery previews) are licensed stock images sourced from providers including Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay under their respective free-use licenses, and are used solely to illustrate the look and feel of the Service. They do not depict actual users, events, or uploaded content.

10. Acceptance

By creating an event, uploading content, accessing an event, or viewing any invitation or gallery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer together with the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
