Welcome to OnAlbum. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online invitation and event gallery platform, including all related websites, features, and services (the Service).

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, creating an event or invitation, uploading content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About the Service

The Service allows users to:

• Create and manage digital invitation pages.
• Create event pages for weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events, and similar occasions.
• Share event access using QR codes or direct links.
• Allow invited guests to upload and view event photographs.
• Download event galleries where permitted by the selected plan.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
• All activity performed under your account.

You must not share your account with others.

3. Plans and Pricing

The Service currently offers the following plans:

Free Plan

• 1 free event
• 1 free invitation page
• Up to 100 photo uploads
• Active for up to 10 days
• Download the gallery as ZIP
• Unlimited edits during the active period

Basic Plan - $30 per event

• Up to 1,000 photo uploads
• Active for up to 30 days
• 1 free invitation page
• Download the gallery as ZIP
• Unlimited edits during the active period

Pro Plan - $40 per event

• Up to 2,000 photo uploads
• Active for up to 60 days
• 1 free invitation page
• Free live photo wall
• Download the gallery as ZIP
• Unlimited edits during the active period

Pro+ Plan - $45 per event

• Up to 2,500 photo uploads
• Active for up to 90 days
• 1 free invitation page
• Free live photo wall
• Download the gallery as ZIP
• Unlimited edits during the active period

Invitation Only - $10 per invitation

• 30-day active period
• Unlimited edits during the active period
• Designed for invitation-only pages

We reserve the right to modify plans, pricing, and features at any time.

4. Payments

Paid plans require payment before activation. All purchases are final. Refunds are not provided solely because an event or invitation has expired. If you require additional time after expiry, you may purchase an extension where available.

5. Event Expiration

Each event has a fixed active period based on the selected plan. The expiration date is displayed in the dashboard and on the event card. It is your responsibility to monitor this date.

Once an event expires:

• Guest access may end.
• Uploading may stop.
• Editing may no longer be available.
• Photos and related data may be permanently deleted.

Deleted data may not be recoverable.

6. Invitation Expiration

Invitation pages also expire according to the selected plan. Users are responsible for checking the expiration date shown on the invitation page or dashboard. Expired invitations may become inaccessible and associated information may be removed.

7. Photo Uploads

Users and guests may upload photographs to an event where permitted. By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to upload it.
• The content does not violate any law.
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photographs. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and transmit the content solely for operating the Service.

8. Guest Access

Guests who receive a valid QR code or event link may view photographs uploaded to that event. Guests are not permitted to download photographs unless explicitly allowed by the event owner or by plan features.

9. Screenshots and Manual Copies

Although the Service may restrict download functionality for guests, no online platform can fully prevent users from making copies, including screenshots, screen recordings, or photographing a display.

By sharing an event with guests, you acknowledge this limitation. The Service is not responsible for copies made by visitors.

10. Downloads

Gallery downloads are available only to the event owner where supported by the selected plan. Guests are not granted download rights.

11. Privacy

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and uploaded content. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing who receives your event links and QR codes. Anyone with access to a shared event link may be able to view available content.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal.
• Is abusive or threatening.
• Contains malware or harmful software.
• Violates copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Invades another person's privacy.
• Contains explicit or unlawful material.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, branding, design, logos, and features, belongs to the Service Provider. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content, subject to the license granted in these Terms and Conditions.

14. Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect the Service.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for:

• Lost photographs
• Missed events
• Expired galleries
• Unauthorized screenshots or copies
• User errors
• Internet or hosting failures
• Data loss beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Users are encouraged to download galleries before expiration. The Service is not intended to be used as permanent cloud storage or backup.

16. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are intended to apply globally. Where local consumer protection laws apply, those laws continue to apply to the extent required by law.
